The Unpeated spirit in the very definition of a contrast. Made by our skilled team of Benromach distillers. Contrasts Unpeated has been matured in a mix of bourbon and Sherry casks before being brought together to create a whisky style that's the polar opposite of our core range.
Nose: Sweet with vanilla fudge, malted biscuit and spiced baked apple. Fresh lime, floral notes and ginger intertwine.
Finish: Medium finish offering fresh menthol and a touch of pepper.
Taste: Candied pineapple gives way to red apple, raspberry and raisin. Underlying sweet liquorice and oak lead to subtly herbal influences.
